Founded in Southern Oregon in 2011 as a community collaboration, Reliance has expanded beyond its original region to serve Oregon, Washington, and parts of Northern California. Our network comprises health care providers, hospitals, health plans, public health agencies, clinics, and other healthcare organizations working together to improve healthcare cost, quality, and efficiency.
